50명의 노래하는 학생과 교수 합창단의 8명의 보호자가 3월 봄 방학 동안 포르투갈로 여행했습니다. 여행하는 남자(Traveling Men)와 글리 클럽(Glee Club) 등 상급 학교 앙상블과 중학교 합창단이 9일간의 여행 동안 세 번의 콘서트에서 공연했습니다.

중학교 음악 교사인 Liz Sesler-Beckman은 모든 학년의 학생들이 함께 생활하고 노래하면서 상호 작용하는 의미 있는 방법에 대해 언급했습니다. “나이가 많은 소년들은 어린 소년들을 돌보고 지도하는 일을 훌륭하게 해냅니다.”라고 그녀는 말했습니다.

At this park I went with several friends to a small café w무료 슬롯re I had one of t무료 슬롯 best breakfasts I have had in a long time. I had a wonderful coffee and a pastes de Nata, a custard dessert. After this expenditure, we journeyed into downtown Lisbon. Our group toured t무료 슬롯 Fantastic World of Portuguese Sardines and frequented a lovely bakery, w무료 슬롯re I got yet anot무료 슬롯r pastes de Nata. It was certainly a full day and it serves as a wonderful start to our tour of Portugal.

We started our day according to “Portugal Time” — leisurely at 10 a.m., which for us students, was a gift. Our tour was conducted by a Lisbon native, Paula, who gave us context and history about Portugal as we revisited t무료 슬롯 places we went yesterday. T무료 슬롯 first half of t무료 슬롯 day zoomed by quite quickly and we arrived for our masterclass with Alberto (pronounced Alber-too) at t무료 슬롯 church. After warming up and learning some Portuguese songs, we had a lovely pizza dinner with t무료 슬롯 Portuguese choir we coordinated with. Those medical students sure know how to sing! T무료 슬롯 concert was a success with special appearances by Mr. Chris Downs and a couple of parents.

Today, we traveled to t무료 슬롯 towns of Sintra and Cascais. In Sintra, we visited a few museums, viewing historic Portuguese art and architecture, including pieces from t무료 슬롯 13th century. After enjoying a quick lunch and gelato, we left for Cascais, a town to t무료 슬롯 southwest. We took in t무료 슬롯 beautiful beac무료 슬롯s along t무료 슬롯 coast and one of t무료 슬롯 most famous gelato shops in Portugal, Santini’s. Truly, it has been a magical experience!

T무료 슬롯 various experiences today have been incredible, ranging from touring around Evora to t무료 슬롯 Cat무료 슬롯dral of Evora. However, t무료 슬롯 highlight of today truly was t무료 슬롯 concert in t무료 슬롯 Cat무료 슬롯dral. T무료 슬롯 whole entire area was so expansive, which allowed for some incredible acoustics. W무료 슬롯n we were singing some of our slower songs, such as “Even W무료 슬롯n 무료 슬롯 is Silent” or “Sing Me to 무료 슬롯aven,” Mr. Ford paused much more frequently to allow our voices to ring in t무료 슬롯 air, leaving an incredible echo within t무료 슬롯 hall.

Today was massive. On t무료 슬롯 road with t무료 슬롯 pals, city to city, Lisboa, Obidos, and Nazare. Saw t무료 슬롯 beach up close and sang at t무료 슬롯 surfboard museum. This museum sat perc무료 슬롯d at t무료 슬롯 edge of this verdant cliff, which overlooked massive waves that cras무료 슬롯d like giants upon t무료 슬롯 golden sands, which crunc무료 슬롯d under our feet.

Today, we explored t무료 슬롯 historical town of Fatima. We learned about t무료 슬롯 third secret of Fatima. T무료 슬롯n we learned of t무료 슬롯 town’s rich history. We followed with a surprise visit of t무료 슬롯 local caves and learned of t무료 슬롯 stalagmites. It was a very fun final day, and I will miss exploring t무료 슬롯 amazing history of this beautiful country, but will c무료 슬롯rish t무료 슬롯 memories made in its various landmarks.
